Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of HaulLinks, operated by TBD — new HaulLinks LLC, not yet filed. By using the platform you agree to them.

What the platform is

HaulLinks helps businesses find each other and coordinate hauling work. The agreement for any job — price, terms, performance and payment — is between the requester and the provider. HaulLinks is not a party to it.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee that any request will be covered, or covered on time.
• We do not guarantee that a driver shows up, that work is performed correctly, or that either side pays. We do not verify a company's ability to perform.
• We are not the carrier, the seller or the payee. If the platform records a payment as marked paid, that means someone marked it — not that we verified funds.
• Document status shows exactly what we checked. "Uploaded" means a file was uploaded. It does not mean reviewed, and it does not mean verified with the issuer.

Your responsibilities

• Post real work with accurate details, and keep your own company information accurate.
• Only enter someone else's phone number to send them work you have a genuine business reason to send. Do not use the platform to send unsolicited advertising.
• Hold the licenses, insurance and permits your work requires.
• Do not impersonate another company, scrape the platform, or harass other users.

Accounts and suspension

Accounts are tied to a verified phone number; you are responsible for what happens under yours. We may suspend or remove accounts for fake requests, impersonation, spam, harassment or fraud.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. It may be unavailable at times; confirmed work should still be able to continue by phone using the addresses and contacts you already have. To the extent permitted by law, TBD — new HaulLinks LLC, not yet filed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a job arranged between two users.
